This article deals with an attempt to understand how my work is situated within the discourse of `queer', a term which has become prevalent in the past decade. Does my work fit into the category `queer'? Does the term `queer', used for purposes of inclusion, embrace my subject position? Does it gloss over parts of my subjectivity that I perceive as defining my identity?
