Resumo

This article examines the Regional Natural Park of the Montagne de Reims and its landscape. It discusses the park's multiple roles, including environmental education, economic development, population accueil, and intervention in natural spaces and landscapes. The park's territory is divided into four zones, each with a distinct landscape shaped by dominant functions. The idea of 'museifying' landscapes is considered unsuitable for this peri-urban area, favoring instead an approach that supports planning actions. Two examples illustrate the challenges of spatial management: the choice of interchange with the RN 51 and the threats to the Tardenois region.
