Resumo
This article analyzes, from the perspective of economic law, the influence of private economic policies (mainly from transnational capital) and international entities on public economic policies, especially those implemented by developing states. It emphasizes the shift of neoliberalism from regulation to deregulation as a demand of private economic powers, identifying among its results the weakening of the State and the disbelief in democracy. Furthermore, it defends the existence of spaces for the execution of endogenous economic actions by National States, in order to enable the effectiveness of their economic Constitutions and meet the needs of their people.
