Resumo
This article explores the concept of "social construction" as applied to risk, clarifying its various interpretations within disaster studies. It examines how the concept has evolved and been used in different contexts, particularly in relation to perception and vulnerability. The author aims to provide a theoretical framework for scholars to better understand and utilize this concept in their research.
