Following decades of intense feminist theoretical production, this is a good time to pause and recapitulate. The reason lies both in the global situation, which threatens a historical regression in terms of rights, and in the internal dynamics of critical and reflective thought that characterizes feminist theory. If we speak of reaction, we are assuming a certain consensus regarding the fact that there has been progress. The question is, how have we achieved it and what have been the obstacles? Which theories and policies have been decisive for the advancements? This article argues that the specific core of the feminist perspective lies in knowing how to theorize what unites women. In modulating what the patriarchal system does to women as women. Only from this perspective is it then possible to explain and develop the diversity and intersectionality of the subject of feminism and the concrete lives of women
