Central management : is it possible to observe homogeneous social policies within industrial groups ? If it was possible to pick out the variants in social policies of groups between 1976 and 1978, the years 1979 and 1980 show a marked tendancy towards the homogenization of the basis of all social policies and the geographical expansion of well-established practices across the frontiers. This standardization of social policies is accompanied by the disappearance of the problematics of human capital which have been developed by certain industrial groups
