Moke is a traditional drink from palm fruit, often found in Sikka Regency. Moke reflects the values, beliefs, and identity of the Sikka ethnic group that have been passed down from generation to generation. However, in recent decades, Moke traditions and Sikka ethnic identity have faced challenges and significant changes. Technological progress can threaten regional culture because people forget or do not develop their local culture. Therefore, cultures that depend on traditional wisdom and symbols can be replaced by information communication technology, which encourages dependency. This research explores the national and ethnic identity of Sikka students and their understanding of the meaning of the traditional Moke drink in an era of social and technological change. This research uses a mixed method with an explanatory design, where quantitative data is collected by distributing National Identity and Ethnic Identity scales, and qualitative data is collected using Participatory Video. The research results show that, on average, Sikka students have a high understanding of National and Ethnic Identity. The results of the Participatory Video analysis show that the meaning of Moke for Sikka Students symbolizes building and strengthening bonds of brotherhood. Sikka students have a high understanding of the meaning of Moke, which is shown in the Participatory Video output in the form of a short film
