The documentary America, originally shown on Brazilian television in 1989, puts forward the argument according to which the United States' best asset to solve its problems is the contribution foreigners have brought to it and can still bring. This is particularly relevant in these days, when President Donald Trump advocates exactly the opposite of that thesis as public policies for the US
