Posicionalidade. Etnografia.Author and authority in anthropological do: how to understand/explain the radically "other"?Abstract"Find the researcher" is fundamental to understanding its particular construction, the difficulties and the results of the investigation. Be aware of who, where, why, how (the way), and for whom the researcher speaks serves to unravel pitfalls that consciously or unconsciously he relegates. Here, the following questions are: being me "white elite", studying black, what implications would this experience in my survey of black in my choices and my buildings? What challenges are set out in the researcher-researched relationships? So in this article, the result of a literature review, stresses that the basic characteristic of the field work is to establish relationships, interactions with real people, in a profound way. Shares up, then, with the thought of Guber (2005), who points out that the urban ethnography reflects is a intersubjectivity, a speech from a relationship, not the subjectivity of the researcher, that is, the intimate revelations of author, your own feelings, your Self.Key words: Intersubjectivity. Relationship researcher - searched. Positionality. Ethnography
