Cultura. Antropologia. Etnografia do Pensamento. The converging dimensions of the arts and cultures have Abstract interests to the field of anthropology since the mid-1950s. Also read as ways of illustrating a fundamental proof of the cognition of all populations, these concerned discussions unveiled positions often divergent, but component and contextual to our different ways of looking worlds. In order to draw, away from a hoarding of heterogeneous materials, an analytical description and interpretive reflection, this article aims to reflect on the theoretical and anthropological threads from the Boasian Culturalism, the French School of Sociology, the Structural Functionalism, the School Culture and Personality, the Lévi-Straussian structuralism and Clifford Geertz's Interpretive approach. With a theoretical contribution of authors in their original texts of dialogues with the universe of the arts, this study aims to expose a look at classics that can help us understand our asymmetric present, filled with translations and submerged voices.
