The study seeks to know how the anti-scientific discourse produced by the Brazilian State with the "kit-covid" fits into the category of state-corporate social damage? The theoretical proposal is based on the literature on social damage, in an inter and multidisciplinary way. The methodology used is deductive in nature, with the aid of the monographic method and the technique of indirect documentation. It is concluded that the Brazilian Federal Government, together with the pharmaceutical industry, intensified the production of social harm against the internal population, using anti-scientific speeches, fake news and misinformation
