The linear production model, which extracts raw materials and discards products, is reaching its limits. Therefore, it is necessary to find solutions to prevent waste. Circular economy advocates the idea of keeping materials in use for as long as possible; one of its principles is eliminating waste. This study aimed to measure the circularity of waste in a flat glass manufacturing industry through an indicator that compared different scenarios within the company. Comparisons were made between the company's real scenario and its worst and best-case scenarios. The indicator measured the company's waste circularity and proved useful for implementing improvements based on waste reuse. The indicator calculation implied that the company achieved 83% of the ideal scenario, where all waste is reused
