COLLINS: Yes, it's probably why, when people get to know others, they are very often so much less than the things they say. You know what I mean? When I say so much less, you get to know people and you're disappointed in a sense, because the message that they give you, from the things they do, from the things they say, just doesn't measure up to a lot of the analyses and a lot of other things. Probably there is something more in them when they perform
