In this paper we analyze the protection of bells and hand touches and his declaration as Good of Cultural Immaterial Interest on the part of the legislation of cultural Valencian heritage. Across the historical evolution of the good we can observe the reasons of his protection, and has led us to question whether there has been adequate consideration as soundscape concept very far in the legal field and is not fully shared. Being the first time this right is protected, is particularly interesting extension of protection to so-called elements that are part of the well, as in the case of sheet music
