A British Museum Arabic MS on religion, described by A. S. Tritton in 1952, can now be identified as the Ziyaddt al-Sharh by Abui Rashid al-Nisaburi, the last important Shaikh of the Basrah School of the Mu'tazilah at Rayy. A work attributed to Abu Rashid, identified as the Dwani al-Usuil by Abu Ridah, is more probably another fragment from the Ziydddt al-Sharh. The portion of the text contained in The British Museum MS presents Kalam on Prophethood, Miracles and the Koran
