Por meio da História Oral, as mulheres trazem experiências múltiplas do saber-fazer e o (re)constróem ao longo das temporalidades.*This paper deals with the relations established among Azorean women and their descendants in Vila Carrão in São Paulo, which are perceived in the gastronomy, festivals, religiosity and in the ludic-recreational activities of the Casa dos Açores, demonstrating legacies of the ancestors concerning the re(construction) of traditions. We seek in gender relations and from the perspective of taste and its maintenance, through the culinary system that was generational maintained in this Azorean community, to perceive the senses of (re)construction of the memory flavors, rituals and celebrations between the immigrants and their descendants. According to the perspective of Oral History, these women bring multiple experiences of know-how, which are therefore reconstructed by them throughout temporalities
