RASILIA has achieved the present tense. Although the construction of the new city is far from complete, it is of more importance to acknowledge that Brasilia now exists and lives. What is Brasilia or what does it represent? Attempts at definition are best avoided, for Brasilia is a gem of facets which, in fact, reveals a spectrum of many Brasilias.
