Recently, I conducted a tape recorded session with three teenage Negro males who were home on leave from the Job Corps. The boys have been in the Job Corps for about three-quarters of a year and have undergone training in five different camps. My own interest in having an informal recorded session stems from a long and increasing concern over the related problems of developing more adequate techniques for program analysis, program evaluation and for eliciting feedback for program modification
