L'Algérie a engagé, à l'instar d'autres pays en développement, une série de réformes pour s'inscrire dans une nouvelle logique qui consacre les lois du marché et de la libéralisation touchant la totalité des secteurs d'activité, pour améliorer son attractivité vis-à-vis des investisseurs étrangers et locaux. Si les diverses analyses relatives à l'investissement, notamment privé, dans les pays en développement se concentrent sur le climat des affaires, notre contribution est dirigée sur l'effet de la politique de libéralisation financière engagée en Algérie, depuis près de deux décennies
