The author reports that technological advancements and urban life are responsible for "territory" modernization and for management of social relations.The author analyzes the characteristics of the urbanization process in capitalism in developing countries.This process is known for demographic concentration without access to technology.She discusses this reduced technological incorporation, and more precisely, its unequal distribution which impedes humanization and cultural enrichment of urban life.In addition, the author discusses the impact these transformations have on social life, both on the formation of citizens and on the emergence of new tendencies and challenges to public health
