Avtorica razpravlja o najpomembnejših virih in literaturi za raziskovanje stavbarstva in bivalne kulture v Vipavski dolini, spisanih pred drugo svetovno vojno. Upoštevani so potopisi, poročila, zemljevidi, risbe, kataster, periodika, domoznanska literatura in leposlovje. Sledi predstavitev poglavitne jezikoslovne, etnološke, geografske in siceršnje literature o stavbarstvu in bivalni kulturi Vipavske doline. *** The authoress discusses the most important sources and literature written before WW II about architecture and culture of dwelling in the Vipava's valley. Among the sources itineraries, reports, maps, drawings, a cadastral register, periodicals and belles-lettres are considered.
