CLAUDE GIRAUD, ZBIGNIEW SMOREDA As part of a panel research carried out on the cultural apprenticeship in the professional sphere, we were led to analyze the attitude of the civil servants at France Télécom in respect of their status at a time when a debate on the judicial status of this government administration was being undertaken. The results of this study have demonstrated that these attitudes are function of the present day socio-professional position and the social course of the wage-earners- apprehended from the professional characteristics of their parents. We have in this way brought to the fore the importance of the code of beliefs built through the social situation of the parents
