Political and administrative control of the military. Having established their legitimacy by consolidating their military base, the leaders of the «Military Committee for National Rectification (CMNR)» have shaken the administrative system without however substituting a «Soussou» State for a «Malinke» State. They now have to establish the rule of law before returning to the barracks
