C.L. OSTBERG is a professor of political science at the University of the Pacific. She has published nearly a dozen articles on the behavior of Canadian Supreme Court justices and is the co-author of a forthcoming book titled Attitudinal Decision Making in the Supreme Court of Canada. MATTHEW E. WETSTEIN is a political science professor at Delta College in Stockton, California. He is a former journalist and has published a number of scholarly articles on abortion politics in the United States and on the behavior of Canadian Supreme Court justices
