Law and médias are two kinds of mediation, that means, on the one way, each of them connects the people but on the other way, they organize the breaking up. So, for these reasons, neither can't escape from a shape of sacralisation. The comparison between all the matters which bring doser together and separate these two kinds of mediation is very interesting : the question is put to know how it is possible to require of observing ethics about facts for somebody who is out of science's order. Another point of comparison we can find is as the medias are put under the different law 's types (public liberties, commercial law, administrative law, criminal law etc. . . ), as the informations about law are always mixed with classes which are used by journalists to make the world in order (the foreign or economies politic, the news, the international relations etc. . . ). So, because the medias never say only the law but deal with it, these informations are never seen as single and independant ones
