Este artículo propone una taxonomía del amplio espacio discursivo que las clasificaciones rutinarias sitúan bajo la etiqueta genérica del documental cinematográfico. Sobre la base del modelo operacional del cuadrado semiótico y de la dicotomía que forman el documento y el documental, los autores plantean cuatro tipos discursivos que corresponden, en esencia, a otros tantas maneras de Hacer creer o de promover en el espectador un hacer interpretativo en términos de verdad.This text is aimed to explore a new taxonomy of the large conceptual space known as documental. Choosing the paradigm of the structural semiotic as working method, the authors propose a typology of four interdefined positions in which spreads the forms of make believe that look for building in the spectator an interpretative doing thought in terms of truth
