The subject of education of cultural managers or, more broadly, professionals dedicated to the organization of culture, as willbe further examined, today is fundamentally important not only to the development of culture in Brazil and in the world but alsoto the creation of cultural policies effectively imaginative and contemporary. A deeper analysis of the theme requires some reflection, although a bit panoramic, about culture presentconfiguration; about the organization of a cultural system; and about the singularities of the Brazilian case in this field
