En este documento se revisan la biografía de don Raúl Prebisch y la evolución de su pensamiento. El objetivo central es presentar al lector un enfoque alternativo sobre el modo de evaluar las teorías e ideas de Prebisch aportando los elementos necesarios para juzgar su obra de una manera diferente del enfoque tradicional. AbstractThis document reviews Raúl Prebisch's biography and the evolution of his thought. The central aim is to provide the reader with an alternative approach to evaluating Prebisch's theories and ideas by contributing the necessary elements to be able to judge his work in a different way from the traditional approach
