In her third and final address as President of the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers), Dame Professor Judith Rees outlines the importance of geography in understanding some of the problems surrounding control of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and the impacts of and adaptation to climate change.
