Pedraza, Francisco I. Pedraza Francisco I. Pedraza is assistant professor of political science in the School of Public Policy at University of California, Riverside. Pedraza, an alumnus of the RWJF Scholars in Health Policy Research Program, served as co-principal investigator of the 2015 Latino National Health and Immigration Survey.
