Cet article interroge l'organisation séquentielle et les cadres de participation dans des réunions à distance professionnelle mobilisant plusieurs régimes sémiotiques (écrit et oral) voire des outils de communication hétérogènes (webconférence et la messagerie instantanée externe). La webconférence est une forme d'audioconférence augmentée par des fonctionnalités Web tels que le partage de documents ou le chat. Les participants ont la possibilité d'interagir avec les participants à l'oral ou à l'écrit en utilisant un chat intégré au dispositif. Nous analyserons les cadres de participations produits par le chat et la messagerie instantanée (MI) dans l'activité de réunion par webconférence et l'insertion de ces messages dans l'organisation séquentielle de la réunion
