Rice : price politics and production revival. Price authenticity is one of the tenets of structural adjustment politics. The example of rice shows that this «real price» is very difficult to discern, perfect concurrence being non-existent. Therefore it is not surprising that the effectiveness of price politics depends upon numerous preconditions
