Les initiatives de développement portées par des migrants sont un phénomène original dans l'espace transnational marocain. Ce type d'implication est largement analysé en Afrique subsaharienne. Il s'agit d'une forme de rapatriement d'épargne et de savoir-faire dont les retombées sont loin d'être négligeables, tant dans les domaines économique que social ou politique. A travers ces projets, une nouvelle figure du migrant émerge, à contre-courant des conceptions habituelles
