In the plum paper, anthropometric and respiratory variables among five population groups viz. Gujjars, Dogras Bhramans Dogra-Rajputs and Dogra-Scheduled Castes and Tibetans are being repotted. 1025 male subjects ham ages 8+ to 55+ years have been included in the study. The subjects were studied for 23 with anthropologies Measurements and three lung functions following standard techniques. General growth trend for anthromarphetic measurements is Dogra-Scheduled Castes show maximum growth, followed by Dogra-Rajputi, Dogra-Bhramans, Gujjars and Tibetans. For respiratory functions however, Tibetans and Gujjars show higher groups than Dogra groups
