The present study, based on a cross-sectional sample of 757 Yadava and 845 Vadabalija boys in the age range of 1 to 20 years, confines to the evaluation of development-cum-maturational differences between Yadava and Vadabalija boys with the help of twenty-one anthropometric measurements. Analysis of the data reveal that all the measurements show maturational differences in some age group between Yadava versus Vadabalija boys. It can be inferred that the development-cum-maturation differences observed between. these two groups may be due to genetic factor associated with socio-economic environment
