The cross-sectional study was undertaken in schools situated in the Pedda Dornala mandal of Prakasam and Atmakoor mandal of Kumool districts of Andhra Pradesh during December 1992 to August 1994. The sample consisted of 352 healthy Chenchu boys aged ‘0’ to 18 years. The analysis of the data reveal that all head and face measurements attain adolescent growth sport between 12 and 15 years. The maturational sequence of ceophalofacial dimensions showed caudo-cephalie direction. The results were compared with other populations. The findings of the study can be used as a reference material for Chenchu tribal boys
