Militantes e assessores - compromisso com as classes populares e resistência à ditadura

From interviews with a group of political militants, connected toactivities of political advising and formation with the working-class during thecivil-military Brazilian dictatorship, this article intends to discuss the trajectoriesof those militants that became an intellectually consistent nucleus of politicalresistance to authoritarianism. The article shows how these militants establisheda direct relationship with workers and social movements, through an advisingactivity that put together a good professional background and a clear political andmilitant position. The trajectories also reveal a strong connection with progressivesectors of the churches - Catholic and Protestants - and with nongovernmentalorganizations of advising to political formation
