Multiprofessional health residencies (MHR) are a significant strategy to respond to the (dis)encounters between the professional practice of psychologists and the guidelines and modes of work production advocated by public/collective health. We reflect on the meanings produced about the training of psychologists in MHR for and in the context of health, attentive to the approach of social markers in health. Anchored by the constructionist approach, we carried out an integrative literature review, using "multiprofessional residency" and "psychology" as descriptors. We identified 554 works, distributed between the years 2007 and 2022 and selected 46 of them: 34 discuss psychological practice in public health and/or present specific actions carried out by resident psychologists; 12 address aspects of in-service professional training in more detail. We highlight that 28 are reports of teaching-learning-professional experiences, 17 research reports and one theoretical reflection. We emphasize that 30 studies were developed in community/primary residency programs, 11 in the hospital context, three focused on women's health, one on indigenous health and one that involved more than one program. We conclude that: a) we produced more intradisciplinary than interdisciplinary reflections; b) we emphasized experience reports more than research reports; c) we tend to build more contextualized psychological practices, however, social markers as an analytical category are not properly considered; d) overcoming the traditional/classical clinical model is the challenge in implementing contextualized practices; e) we need to admit that certain isolated psychological practices can be limiting; f) we need to encourage TCRs focused on theoretical-conceptual analyses
