intra-African frontiers has led to an internationalization and a criminalization of trans-state flows. Trade is energized by the exploitation of opportunities linked to extra-African frontiers. Far from being marginalized in the movement of crystallization of international trade, Africa is part of it, in conjunction with the mafia networks of the « triad » areas. The continent is becoming a frontier area, full of opportunities created by the inefficiency of international protection, the deinstitutionalization of state structures and the regress of their coverage of the national territory
