Strategies that work on building life projects among adolescents, especially among those in contexts of psychosocial vulnerability, are fundamental in the public health scenario. The aim of the study is to describe and analyze the application of a protocol entitled "Time Capsule", whose main objective is to provide opportunities for discussion about life plans among adolescents, through the use of cinema and audiovisual resources. This is original research. This protocol is based on three strategies, which are: 1) the Cine debate, 2) the Self-portrait and 3) the Carta Film. This work generated, as a final product, a Booklet, condensing all the stages of the protocol and its methodological procedures, as well as the training of the multidisciplinary team at the Centro de Atenção Psicossocial infantojuvenil de Vitória da Conquista/BA to replicate this protocol, in the modality of therapeutic workshops. It is expected that the presented protocol will help adolescents to give new meaning to their experience of suffering, building their own care strategies and developing autonomy
