Due to the significant importance of foreign \ninvestment in the economic growth of countries, \nespecially developing countries, the purpose of this \nresearch is to review the international standards of \ninvestment in international arbitration procedures \nand investment treaties which have been very \neffective in removing investment barriers, as well as \nprotecting and attracting more foreign investors in \nhost states. The research method used in this research \nis descriptive-analytical using library resources. \nThe present study, by describing and analyzing \nconcepts and examples and methods of enforcement \nof international standards of investment in bilateral \nand multilateral investment treaties as well as the \ninternational arbitration procedure, has concluded \nthat these standards are very flexible and dynamic, \nand they evolve over time
