Brasileiros was the most distinguished series of the brasilianas that started out at the same decade by bringing together new authors and new works about the knowledge of Brazil.This thesis intends to analyze it as an privileged vehicle to diffusion of different points of view about Brazilian past, specially the renew one, exercing an important role to the transformation of Brazilian historiography that happened after 1930's.This way its seems as a agreement point among different actors related with production, diffusion and consumption of historical knowledge in Brazil during 1936 to 1959
