This article analyzes the euphemistic neology in the latest francophone press or, more precisely, in four Swiss daily papers. Our aim is to explain the modalities of the euphemistic creativity in international fields concerning migratory crisis, military conflicts and economic problems. We particularly focus our attention on the formal and semantic neology in these fields, through its linguistic and lexical parameters. More broadly, we show the enunciative complexity of the euphemistic creativity in newspapers, between an interdiscourse difficult to delimit and the discourse of the journalists themselves
