This work seeks to analyze the recognition, by the Inter-American Human Rights System, of the Brazil's anti-black genocide caused by police brutality.The case of Cosme Genoveva, Evandro Mesquita (Favela Nova Brasilia) versus Brazil and Wallace de Almeida versus Brazil, equally processed in the Inter-American Court and in the Inter-American Commission, will be presented through a critical analysis of legal decisions and its derivative documents.This methodology will entitle the evaluation of the violence percpetion concerning black bodies both under the IAHRS and in the Americas
