The test aims to address the implications of COVID-19 in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite, transsexual and transgender (LGBT) population that is homeless and to point out that the measures that could be taken, above all, by the public authorities in order to change the exclusion framework to which this population is subjected and, thus, materialize the rights that are guaranteed in law, are not being implemented. The choice of the theme is justified in that not having the security of "a house to stay", the LGBT population in the street situation is one of the most at risk in the context of COVID-19 that has already reaped (and still reaps) the lives of thousands of people worldwide. As methodology, the Documentary and Bibliographic Research was used, that is, the careful reading of articles, books and laws that deal with the theme
