Social networks are global and enable the tourist to offer feedback with respect to their experiences of tourism in natural environments in the shape of contributions and comments. The present research offers an analysis of TripAdvisor comments with respect to the experience of Nature offered by the Estrada Parque Traspantaneira (The Trans -Swamp Highway) applying an adaptation of the model of Pine and Gilmore and Richins. The analysis revealed mainly positive emotions of the visitors, demonstrating that natural heritage must be preserved and duly interpreted as a valuable tourism asset
