O artigo relaciona o conceito Ma e o interstício, em Aby Warburg, constituindo relações temporais e espaciais não-lineares entre o sertão brasileiro e o nordeste japonês. A partir da palavra Shizen, são discutidos os limites entre ser-humano e natureza, traçando um percurso em busca de compreender as fronteiras como intervalo que conecta opostos. Palavras-chave: Ma. ABSTRACT: The article relates the Ma concept and the interstice in Aby Warburg, constituting nonlinear temporal and spatial relations between the Brazilian sertão and the Japanese northeast. From the word Shizen, the boundaries between being-human and nature are discussed, tracing a path in search of understand the boundaries as an interval that connects opposites. Keywords: Ma. Nature.
