Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is a burning mental epidemic of the contemporary world. At the maximum level of generalization, it can be considered as a stress-producing mentality trap of singular reality. IHD requires development of a multidisciplinary approach to etiopathogenesis and clinical findings, preventive-correctional and medical-rehabilitation aid. There has been proposed a synergetic conception of IHD including three prenosological fractals: predisposition - a cardiogenic family, latent - cardiogenic diathesis, initial - the neurocirculatory dystonia of the cardiac type (cardiac neurosis), and three nosological fractals: an onset, chronization and an outcome. There have been grounded mechanisms and pathogenesis of the trajectory of an IHD pandemy development on a four-dimensional model that allowed to measure and prognosticate resources of somato- and psycho-, socio- and animogenesis. There has been given a multidisciplinary program of aid
