Spectrometric analysis of hair from 207 nonnative adult population’s patients, lived in Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous region was carried out with AES - ISP methods. Particular features of an nonnative adult patient’s «elemental portrait» (clinically arterial hypertension syndrome prevailed and reduction of antioxidant activity) а deficiency of selenium, were high levels of sodium and iron, decreasing potassium level, high values of ratios Fe/Cu, Na/Mg and Na/K. Spectromet-ric analysis of chemical element may be as supplementary method donozological diagnostic of the different diseases and heart disease too
