Social development brought about by the great tide of "reform and opening up," has presented women of the national minorities with all kinds of opportunities for employment, but has also made an unprecedented assault on and challenge to the status quo. In the face of these opportunities and challenges, there is an urgent need to find the best way forward for minority women's employment
